RedFrog uses its partner Kevin. payment gateway. It covers a well-developed bank network across 27 EU and EEA countries to ensure direct account-to-account transactions. Kevin advanced token management system ensures the highest level of digital security. All the data goes through Kevin. is encrypted.  An account-to-account (A2A) payment method significantly reduces transaction costs.

Pay by credit or debit card

RedFrog uses its partner Makecommerce by Maksekeskus payment gateway. The gateway supports payments from anywhere in the world by allowing our customers to use Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards. Payment confirmation is immediate so RedFrog can ship the purchase promptly.

TAX INFORMATION

Purchasing on redfrog.ai is reserved for end customers and wholesalers. Our prices are inclusive of VAT. 

RedFrog offers the possibility of Tax-Free shopping for customers who are registered VAT tax-payers and can be found on the European Commission’s VAT information exchange system (VIES) register. To be exempt from paying VAT customer needs to reach out to Redfrog directly by asking for a pre-payment invoice and after the payment receive the goods will be shipped with a final Invoice included.

INVOICES

An invoice is included in the Shipping Confirmation email sent when your package has left our warehouse. A copy can also be requested by approaching our customer care at info@redfrog.ai.
